The Smithsonian has just acquired two pictures from the Detroit series:
“The Rouge” and ”Model T Headquarters”
The two works below will be featured in Yancey Richardson’s booth #A10 at Paris Photo November 15 -18. Other selections from various projects will be on hand as well.

Yancey Richardson Gallery is pleased to announce our participation in the AIPAD Photography Show 2012 at the Park Avenue Armory. You will find us at Booth 211, where we will highlight work by Victoria Sambunaris, whose traveling solo show opened at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery this winter; work from Laura Letinsky’s new series Ill Form and Void Full, which is currently on view at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago; a selection from Sharon Core’s new conceptual project on the history of floral still-life painting; new additions to the series Lost in My Life by Rachel Perry Welty, whose solo show is currently at the Zimmerli Museum; and a selection of works by new gallery artist Jitka Hanzlova, who has previously had solo exhibitions at the Stedelijk Museum and Fotomuseum Winterthur. In addition, we will present work by Olivo Barbieri, from his new series The Dolomites Project, currently on display in the gallery; a selection by Kenneth Josephson from his 1988 Books series; and a beautiful large-scale work by Andrew Moore from the series, Russia.
The AIPAD Photography Show will take place at the Park Avenue Armory (643 Park Avenue) and will run from 11am until 7pm on Thursday, March 29 through Saturday, March 31, and on Sunday, April 1 from 11am until 6pm. For more information, please visit www.aipad.com.

Photographs from the Cuba, Russia, and Detroit series will be on display along with new images from Terre Haute Indiana. There will be a lecture and reception on February 21st at 5:30 that is free and open to all.
The show will remain on view through March 23rd.
Andrew’s work is featured as part of Detroit Revealed: Photographs 2000-2010 showing at Detroit Institute of Arts.
Other artists featured in the exhibition include Michelle Andonian, Carlos Diaz, Scott Hocking, Corine Vermeulen, Dawoud Bey and Ari Marcopoulos
